In order to receive the group rate of $199/night for single- or double-occupancy, callers must identify their affiliation with the CCA Convention. There are a limited number of rooms available, so be sure to make reservations early. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time their reservation is made.

The deadline to make hotel reservations is Friday, May 23.

A credit card deposit of one night's room rate (plus tax) will be taken when the reservation is made. Room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically canceled by the hotel within 14 days of the reservation date. Refunds will be issued on reservations canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. All guaranteed reservations will be held only until 6 a.m. on the day after attendee's confirmed arrival date.
